On 5-6, April, 2012, O.O. Bogomolets National medical university held the IInd stage of all-Ukrainian students’ Olympiad on social medicine and organization of health care, in which 34 participants from 17 higher medical schools of Ukraine took part, 20% from them take part in the Olympiad for the second time already.

The intellectual and scientific face of educational establishment is outlined by the events, which happen within its walls. Such significant event is the annual celebration of the World Health Day – an important scientific action of high international level, launched in 2005.

IMPORTANT EVENT IN THE SPHERE OF EDUCATION
The international exhibition “Education and career – 2012” was held on 29-31, March, 2012, in which O.O. Bogomolets National medical university took part. The educational action was held at the premises of the National center of business and cultural cooperation “Ukrainian house”, the exhibition of foreign schools “Education abroad” was also held within it.

BOOKS TO NATIONAL SCIENTIFIC MEDICAL LIBRARY OF UKRAINE
The University became the participant of unique charitable action. The National scientific medical library of Ukraine was presented with the manuals and textbooks, which were written by the scientists of the university – heads of supporting departments, directors of famous Ukrainian and world-known scientific schools on fundamental, clinical and preventive medicine.
